Hello Everyone,
This post is a blessing plus links to different posts relevant to Passover should you wish to use one for your Seder.
Wishing you a meaningful Passover and a Shabbat Shalom,
Leann
For you, my brothers, sisters and friends,
May this Passover be less about the brisket and more about the story.
May you look around the table at each and every face and take a heart picture.
There they are, now in your eyes, now in your heart.
May you recall those who taught you how to sit at the seder,
how to dip the parsley,
how to drink the wine
Be grateful for them.
As you look around the table,
know
you are the person setting the example.
What you say,
how you say it,
how you smile or frown,
how you relate to our collective story
is seen, heard,
remembered.
Remember, you are
forever
one of the four children,
no matter your age.
So raise your glass, look around and smile.
To you, my brothers, sisters and friends,
To freedom.
L'chayim.
Here are an assortment of other posts on the story of our freedom should you wish to use one at your best seder ever!
